Security-aligned data protection policies: Advise on developing and reviewing information security, data protection and privacy policies to align contractual commitments and internal processes with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including requirements relating to data handling, access, retention, security safeguards and third-party service providers.

Cybersecurity incident and breach response: Advise on the legal and contractual response to cybersecurity incidents and data breaches, including incident assessment and escalation, preservation of evidence, contractual notification and cooperation requirements, regulatory and stakeholder communications, engagement with affected counterparties and service providers, remediation measures, and management of potential claims and liability arising from the incident.

Cybersecurity incident response and contractual advisory. Advised on the legal and contractual response to a cybersecurity and data-security incident, including assessment of contractual and regulatory obligations, review of notification and cooperation requirements, coordination among stakeholders and service providers, and development of an incident-response framework. Advised on containment and remediation measures, preservation of records, communications with affected parties, and potential regulatory exposure and allocation of liability. Reviewed commercial agreements to identify and manage contractual consequences arising from the incident.
