We have successfully represented and handled arbitration proceedings for companies; developers and buyers in the real estate sector; firms engaged in the design, construction and erection of artificial climbing walls; project owners in respect of disputes arising out of turnkey contracts; wind power projects, technology licensors, parties to joint venture agreements related to oil, gas, engineering and infrastructure projects.
